Lunar New Year, Cantonese Style

On Friday 12 February and Saturday 13 February, Claude's will present a banquet menu to celebrate the new lunar year. We are taking symbolic elements from Cantonese new year banquets in the design of our banquet. The February menu will be the first in Claude's year long exploration of Chinese cuisine and what it can contribute to our current notions of contemporary cuisine.
