Night Of La Fine Bouche

During his time running the restaurant, Claude Corne, and following him Damien and Josephine Pignolet, instituted a monthly tradition of the "Night of la Fine Bouche". The aim of the evening was either to showcase a new menu or air new menu ideas.

In 2007, we reintroduced this special evening at the restaurant with a series of dinners held over the course of the year. Our aim was to translate ideas on the culture of dining and eating onto the stage provided by the restaurant.

We hope to continue presenting these dinners to you in the new year, and thank you to the guests who made the leap of faith to join us during this year.
